		<description>Mmm, I can&#039;t point to any particular precedent, but I think Rowling&#039;s vicious attack lawyers would be hard-pressed to make even a claim of initial interest confusion. Take a look at that - who in the relevant consuming public is going to be confused?!

This is a poor legal argument but I have a bus to catch and I kind of dozed off through TM law last year...</description>
